摘要
目的:探讨MoFlo XDP超速流式细胞分选仪的管理与维护方法,提高分选产率、纯度及活力等分选效率,延长设备的使用寿命。方法:从实验室环境、仪器管理、人员培训与交流、仪器操作中遇到的问题以及解决方法等入手,提出优化管理和维护方法。结果:通过科学管理和维护流式细胞分选仪,使用时间>10000 h,分选纯度仍保持在99%以上,并依然保持良好的分选效率。结论:掌握正确的管理和维护流式细胞分选仪方法,可促使管理人员尤其是初学者更快、更好地操作流式细胞分选仪,延长设备的使用寿命,为教学和科研工作提供更优质的服务。
Objective:To explore managing and maintaining methods of MoFlo XDP Over-speed cytometry sorter so as to enhance sorting efficiency included sorting yield,purity and viability,and to prolong the service life of this equipment.Methods:Managing and maintaining methods were optimized from series of aspects included laboratory environment,instrument management,personnel training and communication,the problems and relative solutions in manipulating instrument and so on.Results:Through scientifically managed and maintained flow cytometry sorter,the instrument still maintained good sorting efficiency after been used for more than 10000 hours.And its sorting purity still was kept above 99%.Conclusion:Proper managing and maintaining methods of flow cell sorter will help operators,especially the beginners,to operate flow cytometry sorter more quickly and better,and will prolong service life of instrument,and will offer high-quality service for teaching and scientific research.
