摘要
本文以泰安煤业11102工作面半煤岩巷运输顺槽掘进为工程背景,采用理论分析、现场监测等方法,对半煤岩巷快速掘进施工工艺的选择及应用效果进行分析研究。分析确定采用综掘机械化开采技术,同时配置重型硬岩掘进机械进行半煤岩巷的快速掘进。通过现场观测及经济效益的分析,确定了11102工作面采用快速掘进施工方法的实用性及经济性。
Based on the engineering background of semi-coal and rock roadway transportation along the roadway in11102face of Tai'an Coal Industry,the selection and application effect of semi-coal and rock roadway rapid tunneling construction technology are analyzed and studied by means of theoretical analysis and on-site monitoring.The analysis and determination of mechanized mining mechanized mining technology and the configuration of the mechanized mining technology are analyzed and determined simultaneously.Heavy hard rock driving machine is used for fast excavation of semi coal and rock roadway.Through field observation and economic benefit analysis,the practicability and economy of fast driving construction method in11102working face are determined.
