摘要
目的探究对牙列缺损患者予以套筒冠与精密附着体技术联合应用的治疗效果。方法选择接受治疗的128例牙列缺损患者,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组和研究组各64例。采用套筒冠进行修复治疗的为对照组,采用套筒冠联合精密附着体技术进行修复治疗的为研究组,1年后随访观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果经修复治疗后,研究组患者对修复治疗的固位功能、美观程度、语言功能、咀嚼功能及舒适度的满意度高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义;研究组患者的龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数及牙周袋深度等情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论采用套筒冠联合精密附着体技术修复治疗牙列缺损患者,其修复治疗满意度高,还减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of sleeve crown combined with precision attachment in patients with dentition defect.Methods128patients with dentition defect received treatment in the hospital were divided into two groups according to random digital table,with64cases in the control group and64cases in the study group.The control group were treated with sleeve crown,and the study group were treated with precision attachment technique.They were followed up for one year to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results After the repair treatment,the patients in the study group were more satisfied with the retention function,aesthetic degree,language function,masticatory function and comfort degree than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The bleeding index of gingival sulcus and plaque in the study group were also studied.The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion The treatment of dentition defect with sleeve crown combined with precision attachment technique is satisfactory and can reduce the incidence of complications.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
