摘要
为研究纤维类型及掺量等对沥青与沥青混合料性能影响.分别使用玄武岩纤维、聚酯纤维和木质素纤维制备改性沥青及沥青混合料,就其高温性能、低温性能和水稳性能进行试验研究.结果表明,纤维能显著提高SBS改性沥青及沥青混合料的高温性能和水稳定性,低温性能则有所下降,其中高温性能随纤维掺量的增加而变好,低温性能则正好相反;玄武岩纤维、聚酯纤维和木质素纤维对SBS改性沥青及沥青混合料高温性能和水稳性能的改善作用依次降低,但对低温性能的不利影响依次增大;基于DSR试验得出的车辙因子和基于BBR试验得出的蠕变劲度和蠕变速率分别更适宜作为纤维改性沥青高温性能和低温性能的评价指标.
In order to study the influence of fiber type and content on the performance of asphalt and asphalt mixture,basalt fiber,polyester fiber and lignin fiber were used to prepare modified asphalt and asphalt mixture.Then their high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability were studied experimentally.The results show that the fiber can significantly improve the high temperature performance and water stability of SBS modified asphalt and asphalt mixture,and the low temperature performance decreases.The high-temperature performance becomes better with the increase of fiber content,while the low-temperature performance is just the opposite.Basalt fiber,polyester fiber and lignin fiber decrease the improvement of high temperature performance and water stability of SBS modified asphalt and asphalt mixture in turn,but increase the adverse effect on low temperature performance in turn.The rutting factor based on DSR test and creep stiffness and creep rate based on BBR test are more suitable as evaluation indexes for high temperature performance and low temperature performance of fiber modified asphalt,respectively.
