摘要
采用大田试验方法,测定了65%氨氟乐灵WG使用后黑麦草(Lolium perenne)的相对出苗率、株高、地上部鲜重等指标,研究65%氨氟乐灵WG对交播黑麦草生长的影响。主要结果如下:(1) 65%氨氟乐灵WG[585—1 462. 5 g (a. i.)/hm2]于黑麦草交播前30 d施用,会使黑麦草出苗数降低、植株矮化、地上部鲜重减轻,且剂量越高,影响越大;(2)黑麦草交播前45 d施用65%氨氟乐灵WG[585 g (a. i.)/hm2],黑麦草的出苗数、株高、地上部鲜重等指标与对照相比没有显著差异,这种使用方案对黑麦草安全,处于6级安全等级(1至9级,安全性由低到高,6级为可接受最低级别)。但是中[877. 5 g (a. i.)/hm2]、高[1170 g (a. i.)/hm2]和倍量[1 462. 5 g (a. i.)/hm2]的65%氨氟乐灵WG处理对黑麦草生长影响较大,综合目测等级均小于6级;(3) 65%氨氟乐灵WG[585—1 462. 5 g (a. i.)/hm2]于黑麦草交播前60 d及以上施用,对黑麦草生长无不良影响,相对出苗率、株高、地上部鲜重等指标与空白对照相比没有显著差异,综合目测等级为9级。建议在交播前60 d及以上施用氨氟乐灵,交播前45 d要谨慎施用氨氟乐灵,以不超过585 g (a. i.)/hm2为宜;间隔交播时间少于30 d时要避免施用氨氟乐灵。
The influences of prodiamine on the relative seedling rate,plant height,fresh weight aboveground of ryegrass(Lolium perenne)were determined in a field experiment.The main results were as follows:1)when prodiamine at 585-1 462.5 g(a.i.)hm^2 was applied 30 days before ryegrass overseeding,ryegrass was greatly influenced,showing a low seedling emergence rate,dwarf plants,a low fresh biomass aboveground.The higher the dose,the greater the negative influence;2)when prodiamine at 585 g(a.i.)hm^2 was applied 45 days before ryegrass overseeding,no distinct influences on ryegrass were detected.However,while prodiamine at 877.5-1 462.5 g(a.i.)hm^2 was applied,the growth of the ryegrass was inhibited;3)when prodiamine at 585-1 462.5 g(a.i.)hm^2 was applied 60 days before ryegrass overseeding,the seedling emergence rate,plant height,fresh biomass aboveground of ryegrass had no significant differences from the control.Therefore,prodiamine is safe to ryegrass when applied more than 60 days before its overseeding.It should be careful to apply prodiamine about 45 days before overseeding.If prodiamine was applied at this period,its dosage should be no more than 585 g(a.i.)hm^2.Most importantly,prodiamine should not be applied to ryegrass 30 days before its overseeding.
