摘要 某运载火箭2A14铝合金机加框与蒙皮铆接一周后,发现零件外表面圆角附近出现多处裂纹。通过对零件的生产工艺流程分析、裂纹试件理化分析与铆接工艺试验等,确定了裂纹产生的主要原因:铆钉距离圆角较近,框环在连续的铆接冲击载荷下造成变形集中,材料超过塑性变形极限在圆角位置产生裂纹。文中针对铆接缺陷问题从产品结构和工艺装配过程提出了改进措施。 After a week of riveting a2A14aluminum alloy frame and a skin of a carrier rocket,it is found that there are many cracks near the rounded surface of the outer surface of the part.Through the analysis of the production process of the parts,the physical and chemical analysis of the crack specimens and the riveting process test,the main causes of the cracks are determined:the rivets are closer to the rounded corners,and the frame rings caused deformation under the continuous riveting impact load.The material exceeds the plastic deformation limit and cracks occur at the rounded corners.This paper proposes improvement measures for the riveting defect problem from the product structure and process assembly process.
