摘要
目的 创建一套适合医院的方便、快捷、和谐、有趣的门诊导诊服务系统来接待患者,追求卓越的医疗服务。方法 对成品机器人进行改造,导入具有本院科室分布地图和妇幼专科相关医学知识的数据库,实现人机对话的问询导诊和指路导航等功能。结果 患者及家属实际感受到多了一项导诊咨询途径,通过机器人的医学科普知识的讲解,更加普及了一些医学基本知识,对于就诊儿童患者增加了获取普及医疗知识的趣味性,且最大程度地缓解了小朋友的哭闹紧张及抵抗情绪,同时加大了医院的宣传力度。结论 智能导诊机器人适合在妇幼专科医院门诊使用。
Objective To establish a service guide system that is convenient,efficient,harmonious,and interesting for patients,and to provide excellent medical service.Methods The artificial intelligence robots were upgraded loading in floor maps of the doctor consulting rooms at our hospital and database with maternity and children knowledge.The goal was to use AI to guide patients to the correct consulting room,directions,and so on.Result The patients and their companions experienced this additional guide channel.They learnt more basic medical knowledge from the AIs.Particularly,the child patients felt that it was fun to learn about those medical facts,which eased their nervousness and fear at hospital.Moreover,this initiative helped build the hospital reputation.Conclusion It is beneficial to use artificial intelligence guidance robots to guide patients at the outpatient departments of maternity and children hospitals.
