摘要
介绍了市政道路施工安全管理的现状,从安全管理意识、安全管理人员、法律法规落实和施工环境影响方面进行了论述,对影响安全管理的人为因素、环境因素和材料因素进行了探讨,并提出了严格机械设备管理、加强施工现场管理、提高安全管理人员素质、落实安全管理责任制和建立一体化安全管理机制的安全管理措施。
This paper introduces the present situation of safety management in municipal road construction,discusses the safety management consciousness,safety management personnel,implementation of laws and regulations and construction environmental impact,discusses the hunanistic factors,environmental factors and material factors that coffect the safety mangement,and puts forward strict management of machinery and equipment. Strengthen construction site management,improve the quality of safety management personnel,implement safety management responsibility system and establish integrated safety management mechanism of safety management measures.
