摘要
结合对祁县房地产市场发展的现状调研情况,就该县城乡居民居住房屋状况、棚户区改造及保障性安居工程建设情况进行了论述,分析了房地产市场发展存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题从制定房地产发展规划、规范市场秩序等方面提出了健康发展房地产市场的合理化建议。
Based on the investigation of the current situation of the real estate market in Qi County. This paper discusses the status of housing in urban and rural residents,the transformation of shantytowns and the construction of affordable housing projects in our county. Further,this paper analyzes the main problems in the development of the real estate market. To deal with those problems,this paper puts forward the reasonable proposals for the healthy development of the real estate market from the aspects of formulating real estate planning and regulating market order.
