摘要
对装配式建筑施工全过程四个生产阶段中常见问题及处理措施进行归纳,从中分析出发生问题的原因,提出质量管理应注重事前控制,并列出具体应对措施从而达到有效控制造价的目的。
This paper summarizes the common problems and treatment measures in the four production stages of the whole process of assembly building construction,analyses the causes of the problems,puts forward that quality management should pay attention to pre-control,and lists specific countermeasures to achieve the purpose of effective cost control.
