摘要
目的:分析慢性心衰患者心脏超声诊断参数价值。方法:以2017年1月-2017年12月为研究对象选取时间,纳入155例慢性心衰患者作为研究组,另选同期门诊健康体检者65例作为对照组,均行心脏超声检查,分析心脏超声诊断参数价值。结果:研究组心脏超声参数、BNP水平均明显高于对照组,且随着心功能分级的升高而升高,心衰超声参数、BNP水平均与心功能分级呈正相关关系,对比差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:心脏超声诊断参数能够反映患者的心功能分级,为临床诊断、治疗提供科学指导。
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic parameters of cardiac ultrasound in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:From January2017to December2017as the study time,155patients with chronic heart failure were included in the study group,and65healthy volunteers from the same period were selected as the control group.All the patients underwent echocardiography and analyzed cardiac ultrasound diagnostic parameter value.Results:The parameters of echocardiography and BNP in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group and increased with the increase of cardiac functional class.There was a positive correlation between the ultrasound parameters of the heart failure and BNP levels and cardiac functional grading,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic parameters of cardiac ultrasound can reflect the grade of cardiac function in patients,and provide scientific guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
