铜闪速吹炼杂质铅走向及脱除研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对中原黄金冶炼厂入炉精矿产地多、成分复杂等原因造成所产铜铳杂质铅含量较高的特点,结合闪速吹炼过程杂质铅在渣、烟灰及粗铜中的走向及分布行为,为探寻吹炼过程提高杂质铅脱除较为合理、有效的工艺控制条件和解决办法,文章系统分析研究了吹炼渣含铜、CaO/Fe值、渣中SiO_2含量及渣温等重要工艺参数对杂质铅脱除的影响。结果表明:强化闪速吹炼炉内氧化气氛是提高杂质铅脱除较为直接有效、重要方法之一;铅脱除率随CaO/Fe值的增大整体呈下降趋势,生产过程CaO/Fe值控制在0.28-0. 33较有利于炉体安全和正常生产;渣中SiO_2含量控制在2.0%~2. 5%有利于杂质铅的造渣脱除,除铜铣自身夹带SiO_2量外,需要量可在入炉锢锍粉中添加一定粒度的石英砂补充;渣温控制在1 250~1 280℃对杂质铅脱除影响小,低渣温操作更有利于减缓炉内耐材的冲刷和延长炉体使用寿命。 In view of the high lead impurity content of copper matte produced by Henan Zhongyuan Gold Smelter LLC caused by complicated concentrate feeds and compositions,and in combination with lead impurity's movement and distribution in slag,dust and blister copper during the flash converting,this paper analyzed and studied the impact of important process parameters such as copper content in converting slag,CaO/Fe value,SiO2content in slag and slag temperature on lead impurity removal so as to explore the reasonable and effective process control conditions and solutions for improving lead impurity removal in converting process.The results showed that strengthening the oxidizing atmosphere in the flash converting furnace was one of the most effective and important methods to improve the lead impurity removal;the lead removal rate decreases with the increase of CaO/Fe value and the CaO/Fe value controlled at0.28~0.33in the production process was more conducive to the safe and normal operation of furnace;the SiO2content in slag controlled at2.0%~2.5%is beneficial to lead impurity removal in slag forming;in addition to the amount of SiO2entrained by copper matte itself,the required amount can be supplemented by a certain size of quartz added into matte powder;the slag temperature controlled at1250~1280℃had small impact on lead impurity removal and low slag temperature operation was more beneficial to slow the scouring of refractory materials inside the furnace and prolong the service life of furnace.
