西峡县域内“金桃”猕猴桃的果实品质研究 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]研究西峡县域内"金桃"猕猴桃果实品质表现情况。[方法]以西峡县5~6年生金桃猕猴桃植株为供试材料,在同一采收期内采集县域内37家果园猕猴桃果实测定干物质、硬度、可溶性固形物及色度角等指标并进行分析。[结果]同一采收期内,西峡县域内果实品质相差较大,而且存在相对硬度低、可溶性固形物含量低且不集中的情况。[结论]该研究可为金桃猕猴桃合理种植管理提供理论依据。 [Objective]The research aimed to study the quality performance of‘Jintao’kiwifruit in Xixia County.[Method]Taking5-6years‘Jintao’kiwifruit plants in Xixia County as test materials,the kiwifruit fruits of37orchards in the county were collected during the same harvesting period to measure dry matter,hardness,soluble solids and chromaticity angle.[Result]During the same harvest period,the fruit quality in Xixia County had a large difference,and there were cases where the relative hardness was low,the soluble solid content was low and not concentrated.[Conclusion]This study can provide a theoretical basis for the rational cultivation management of‘Jintao’kiwifruit.
