摘要
燕麦花药组织培养受各种因子的影响,从基因型、供体植株生长条件、花药的选择、预处理、培养基、培养条件几个方面对国内外燕麦花药组织培养研究进展进行综述,以期为燕麦花药组织培养提供参考。
Oat anther tissue culture is affected by various factors.The research progress of oat anther tissue culture was reviewed from the aspects of genotype,donor plant growth condition,anther selection,pretreatment,medium and culture condition at home and abroad in order to provide references for oat anther tissue culture.
