摘要
透平压缩机组在运行过程中其转子主轴断裂故障的破坏性非常大。对于传统监测诊断转子裂纹普遍都是监测转子的径向振动信号,但通过多年研究发现,利用轴向电涡流位移传感器采集的轴位移信号中的交流动态振动信号,对于监测诊断某些大型转动设备转子轴的裂纹开裂过程更有效。基于上述发现,提出安装轴向电涡流传感器实现透平压缩机转子轴裂纹发展过程的监测,多次成功案例也证明了该方法的有效性。
In the operation of the turbine compressor unit,the rotor crack is the greatest trouble.The rotor cracks are generally monitored and diagnosed by the rotor radial vibration signal.As a matter of experience in years,the axial eddy current displacement sensor is used to ecquire AC dynamic vibration signal from the axis displacement signal,and it is more effective to monitor the process of the rotor crack in some large rotating equipment.Based on the findings above,this paper proposes installing the axial eddy current sensor used to monitor the development process of the rotor crack in the turbine compressor.The effectiveness of the method is demonstrated in many successful cases.
