摘要
立磨减速机是立磨生产运行不可或缺的重要部件。某国外水泥厂减速机生产过程中发生损坏,需要更换,为不影响客户生产,我们采用库存减速机进行更换的替换方案。减速机在替换时,需要考虑减速机和立磨本体的对接、现有的减速机润滑系统和减速机的匹配、减速机输入轴中心高对电机的影响等因素,以确保替换后立磨系统的正常生产运行。
Vertical mill reducer is indispensable to the operation of vertical mill.The gearbox in an overseas cement plant has to be replaced because of the damage occurred during production.In order not to affect the production,our proposal is to replace the damaged gear box with a new one in stock.Such factors as the matching between gear box and vertical mill,the matching between the existing lubrication system of the damaged gear box and the new gear box,the influence of centre height of input shaft of gear box on motor should be taken into consideration when the replacement is carried out to ensure normal operation of vertical mill system after the replacement.
