摘要
高校图书馆数字资源服务绩效评价在图书馆的服务与管理中至关重要。文章通过梳理国内外高校图书馆数字资源服务评价现状,探察当前数字资源评价的方法、可操作性,剖析存在的问题,构建高校图书馆数字资源服务绩效的评价指标体系。
As a difficult and complex task,the performance evaluation of digital resource services in university libraries is very important in the service and management of libraries.This article summarizes the present situation of digital resource services evaluation in university libraries at home and abroad to understand the current methods,operability and practical situation of digital resource evaluation.Meanwhile,it analyzes the existing problems,constructs a performance evaluation index system,and puts forward effective evaluation methods and means for digital resources service,which will provide experience and theoretical reference for universities to formulate relevant standards.
