摘要
城乡区域发展的不平衡与不充分,已成为制约新时代城市经济和社会民生发展的重大问题。文章立足中央政策与国家战略,基于城乡统筹与协调的视角,总结分析我国郊野公园的发展概况与存在的问题,并从生态、功能、景观及管理运营4个层面,结合相关案例与设计实践,提出了与城乡生态本底的共生、与城乡使用人群的共享、与城乡景观资源的共融以及与管理运营主体的共赢的郊野公园营建策略。
The unbalanced and inadequate development of urban and rural areas has become a major problem that restricts the urban economic and development in the new era.Based on the central government policies and national strategy,the paper summarized and analyzed the development and problems of China’s country parks from the perspective of urban and rural harmonious development.With an eye to relevant cases and design practices,it presented the strategies for country park construction at 4 levels of ecology,function,landscape and management&operation,i.e.,symbiosis with the urban-rural ecological condition,sharing with urban and rural users,integration with urban-rural landscape resources,and mutual benefits with the management and operation subjects.
