摘要
博弈论是研究两个或多个理性决策主体之间相互作用的理论,其主要作用是揭示决策行为、预测均衡结果并提出策略。大学生思想政治教育过程中涉及到多元主体的利益追求,其出于各自利益需要而在教育这一活动中间接地进行着博弈。通过分析博弈论在大学生思想政治教育过程中的运用,直面其中存在的学生主体意识不强、评估体系不完善、队伍建设激励不足等问题,提出增强思想政治教育整体效果的具体策略,彰显博弈论在大学生思想政治教育过程中的价值。
Game theory is a theory that studies the interaction between two or more rational decision-making subjects.Its main function is to reveal decision-making behavior,predict equilibrium results and propose strategies.The process of ideological and political education of college students involves the pursuit of interests of multiple subjects.They need to play indirectly in the educational activities out of their own interests.By analyzing the application of game theory in the process of ideological and political education of college students,facing the problems weak consciousness of students’subject,imperfect evaluation system and insufficient incentive for team building,the paper puts forward specific strategies to enhance the overall effect of ideological and political education,and highlights the value of game theory in the process of ideological and political education of college students.
