摘要
阀门是核动力装置中的关键件,对改变装置内流通截面积、控制管路内介质流动的安全稳定运行具有重要作用。阀门系统涉及机械、电气、电磁、力学、控制、测量等多个领域的原理和技术。应用Modelica建模语言,对阀门的综合性能进行研究:探讨了基于Modelica语言的阀门建模和仿真研究情况,提出了集阀门功能建模、阀门故障建模和阀门可靠性建模于一体的阀门研究技术路线。为核动力装置中阀门的数值仿真研究以及数字化反应堆的建设提供支持,为核动力装置中阀门的数字化试验提供参考。
Valve,as a key component in the nuclear power plant,plays an important role in changing the flow cross-section area of the device and controlling the safe and stable operation of medium flow in the pipeline.Valve system involves the principles and technologies of many fields including machinery,electronics,electromagnetics,mechanics,control and measurement.The comprehensive performance of valve is modeled using Modelica modeling language.The status quo of valve modeling and simulation research based on Modelica language is discussed.The technical route of valve research integrating valve function modeling,valve fault modeling and valve reliability modeling is put forward.Supports are provided for numerical simulation of valve and construction of digital reactor in nuclear power plants,and references are provided for digital test of valve in nuclear power plants.
