摘要
在航空航天领域的点火系统中,电流动态变化过大过快,会对控制及信号采集精准性造成强干扰。在上百安培级电流环境中,即时、准确且高精度的电流数值采集课题值得研究。提出了一种基于大电流的控制系统隔离采集方法,设计中使用了霍尔传感器、高精度光耦传感器对采集电路进行隔离,采用了线性和参数组合算法进行数据校准,规避了大电流(超过100A)产生的电磁干扰对采集精度的影响。设计方法具有高精度、高速度、低功耗的特点,具有很高应用参考价值。
In the ignition system of the aerospace industry,the current dynamics change too much too fast,which will cause strong interference to the control and signal acquisition accuracy.In the hundreds of ampere-level current environment,the current,accurate and high-precision current value acquisition problem is worth studying.An isolated acquisition method based on high current control system is proposed.Hall sensor and high precision optocoupler sensor are used to isolate the acquisition circuit.Linear and parameter combination algorithms are used to calibrate the data and avoid large currents(more than 100A).The effect of electromagnetic interference generated on acquisition accuracy.The design method has the characteristics of high precision,high speed and low power consumption,and has high application reference value.
