摘要
近些年我国电子商务发展迅猛,但物流问题成为了制约其发展的一大瓶颈.在大数据时代的背景下,电子商务物流所产生的数据量呈井喷式增长.因此,有效利用这些数据成为决定电子商务物流服务良好发展的关键因素.本文对大数据影响电子商务物流的发展进行了研究.首先,结合并归纳相关文献资料,阐释了大数据的内涵;其次,重点分析了电子商务物流服务中的大数据应用的驱动因素;最后,在总结前述研究结论的基础上,提出了基于大数据的电子商务物流服务的创新策略.
E-commerce has developed rapidly in China in recent years,but logistics is holding it back.In the context of the big data age,E-commerce logistics produces a lot of data.Therefore,effective use of these data has become a key factor in promoting the good development of E-commerce logistics.This paper studies the impact of large data on the development of E-commerce logistics.First of all,it summarizes relevant literature and explains the connotation of large data.Secondly,the paper analyzes the driving factors of big data application in E-commerce logistics service.Finally,on the basis of the conclusion,the innovation strategy of E-commerce logistics service based on big data is put forward.
