2-氨基对苯二甲酸荧光传感器检测Fe^(3+) 被引量:1

Detection of Fe^(3+) with 2-Aminoterephthalic Acid Fluorescence Sensors

摘要 以环保易得的2-氨基对苯二甲酸作为荧光探针检测Fe^(3+),用荧光分光光度计进行荧光检测实验.研究发现,2-氨基对苯二甲酸与Fe^(3+)能发生荧光猝灭反应,并对Fe^(3+)的检测具有较好的选择性、抗干扰性、灵敏性,其线性方程为F/F_0=1.000 73-0.006 76C[Fe^(3+)],相关系数R^2=0.995 47,检测范围是0~120μmol/L,检测限为5μmol/L.用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪表征该荧光探针,探究其对Fe^(3+)检测的机理. Environmentally friendly and easily available2-aminoterephthalic acid was used as fluorescence probes to detect metal ions and fluorescence detection was carried out using a fluorescence spectrophotometer.Studies have found that2-aminoterephthalic acid and Fe^3+can undergo fluorescence quenching reaction,and the detection of Fe^3+by2-aminoterephthalic acid has good selectivity,anti-interference,sensitivity and linearity.The linear equation was F/F0=1.00073-0.00676C[Fe^3+],the correlation coefficient was R^2=0.99547,the detection range was0~120μmol/L,and the detection limit was5μmol/L.The fluorescence probe was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)to explore its mechanism for the detection of Fe^3+.
