摘要
以菠萝皮为原料,过氧化氢为活化剂,采用水热法制备菠萝皮活性炭.通过优化水热时间、水热温度、原料与活化剂的配比等实验条件制备出最佳去除Pb(Ⅱ)活性炭材料.水热时间为30 min,水热温度为200℃,菠萝皮与过氧化氢配比为2. 5 g:15. 0 mL时,所制得的活性炭为球形活性炭,比表面积为1 074. 9 m^2/g,且含有多种官能团,吸附率为95. 58%,吸附量为95. 58 mg/g.
Activated carbons were prepared from Pineapple peel using hydrogen peroxide hydrothermal method.The hydrothermal time,hydrothermal temperature,raw materials and the ratio of activator on the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ)properties were studied.The optimal preparation conditions were as follows:hydrothermal time of 30 min,hydrothermal temperature of 200℃,the ratio of pineapple skin to hydrogen peroxide is 2.5 g:15.0 mL.The obtained activated carbon is spherical activated carbon with a specific surface area of 1 074.9 m^2/g and contains many functional groups.The adsorption rate of activated carbon was 95.58%.The amount of adsorption was 95.58 mg/g.
