摘要
桩靴是自升式平台的主要支撑构件,其结构强度影响着平台的安全。结合某结构高度106.68 m平台的桩靴参数,通过必要简化,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了该桩靴的有限元分析模型,并对结构在预压载、偏心、风暴工况条件下的强度进行计算。通过评估桩靴屈曲和后屈曲失稳以及屈服引起的塑性破坏情况来进行强度分析,并依据规范进行校核。还研究了在预载工况LC1中,各个构件应力最大处板的屈曲对于结构构件的影响。所得结果可为其他桩靴强度计算、屈曲分析提供参考,并可为桩靴的优化设计提供可靠依据。
Spudcan is the main support component of a jack-up platform and its structural strength has impact on the safety of the platform.Based on the parameters of the certain spudcan of a 106.68 m high jack-up platform,the finite element model for the strength analysis of the spudcan under different loading conditions has been made by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The strength analysis is carried out by evaluating the structural buckling and post buckling instabilities and the plastic failure caused by the yield,and the strength is checked according to the specification.The influence of the position with maximum stress of each component on the structural component in pre-load condition LC1 is also studied.The calculation results can be used as a reference for the analysis of the strength calculation of the spudan,so as to provide reliable evidence for the optimization of spudcan design.
