摘要
伴随着资源能源与环境之间的问题越来越突出,雾霾、大气污染等情况严重影响了人们的生活,节能减排措施也成为社会各界及政府组织关注的重点,文章中主要分析了现阶段中国节能减排的环境法律法规现状,重点探讨了节能减排的环境法律问题,并且针对性的提出一系列的解决对策,第一,健全完善节能减排管理机构;第二,完善相关配套法律法规;第三,健全多元化监督机制;第四,完善健全能源市场,大力推广能源管理企业;第五,完善社会参与机制,大力发展民间环保组织,进而对中国节能减排工作以及推进低碳生活提供一定的借鉴意义。
As the problem of resource energy and environment is more and more prominent,fog and haze,air pollution and so on seriously affect people s lives,energy conservation and emission reduction measures have become the focus of the Community and government organizations.This article mainly analyses the current situation of China s environmental laws and regulations related to energy conservation and emission reduction,focuses on the environmental law problems of energy saving and emission reduction,and puts forward a series of related solutions,which will provide some reference for China s energy saving and emission reduction and the promotion of low-carbon life.
