摘要
高校青年教师是高校教师队伍中的生力军,他们的思想政治素质和道德情操对学生的健康成长具有重要的示范引导作用。以山西大同大学为例,通过调查问卷,从政策认同、职业认同、价值认同等方面总结青年教师的思想状况,针对存在的问题,提出解决途径,进一步增强青年教师思想政治工作的针对性、科学性和实效性。
Young college teachers are the new force in College teachers.Their ideological and political qualities and moral sentiments play an important role in guiding the healthy growth of students.Taking Shanxi Datong University as an example,through questionnaires,the research summarizes the ideological conditions and causes of young teachers,and proposes targeted solutions to make the young teachers'ideological and political work more pertinent,scientific,and effective.
