摘要
采用弱碱性阴离子交换树脂330对甲酸水溶液进行吸附分离,研究了330树脂对甲酸的吸附动力学和热力学性能。热力学研究结果表明,吸附过程为放热过程,自发进行,低温有利于甲酸的交换吸附;动力学研究结果表明,拟二级吸附动力学能准确地描述吸附过程,吸附平衡符合Freundlich方程,330树脂对甲酸的吸附过程主要受液膜扩散控制。实验结果为不同体系中低浓度甲酸的分离提供了一定的理论指导。
The formic acid in water was separated by weak basic anion-exchange resin 330.The dynamics and thermodynamics of the adsorption process of formic acid were investigated.Thermodynamic results indicated that the adsorption procedure was a spontaneous exothermic procedure.A lower temperature is advantageous to the adsorption.The kinetics results showed that the pseudo second order equation could describe the sorption process exactly and the adsorptive balance data were correlated well to Freundlich equation.The rate of adsorption is mainly controlled by the film diffusion.The experimental results provide some theoretical guidance for the separation of low concentration formic acid in different systems.
