摘要
芽接苗是橡胶树的主要种植材料。本研究开展了褐色芽条上不同叶蓬的芽片繁殖试验。将6蓬龄芽条的芽片按叶蓬位置从顶部末梢到基部分为上部(顶1~2蓬)、中部(中3~4蓬)、下部(下5~6蓬)3种类型,通过嫁接在同批次砧木上,统计分析芽接成活率、芽片回枯率及苗木生长量。结果表明:中部芽片的芽接成活率最高(94.43%),下部芽片芽接成活率次之(81.63%),上部芽片最差(64.93%);上、中、下部芽片回枯率分别为2.58%、0.82%、 0;但3类型芽片的接穗在上部生长量无显著差异。该结论对橡胶树苗木具有一定的生产指导意义。
Bud grafted seedlings were the main planting materials of rubber tree plantation.The propagation experiment of buds from different budwoods was carried out. The 6 whorls budwoods were divided into three parts from top to base, top(1~2 whorl), middle(3~4 whorl) and bottom(5~6 whorl).The corresponding bud slips were grafted on the same rootstocks. The budding survival percentage,withering percentage and scion growth were investigated. The results showed that the survival rate of middle(3~4 whorl) was the highest(94.43%), the survival rate of bottom(5-6 whorl) was(81.63%), the survival rate oftop(5~6 whorl) was the worse(64.93%). The withering percentage of the top, middle and bottom were 2.58% 、 0.82% 、 0. The scion growth of three buds showed no difference on the 1 ~2 budwoods. The results provided some practical guideline for rubber tree seedling production.
