摘要
机械完工管理是指总承包内部施工和开车两个阶段的交付管理。机械完工管理以项目开车为驱动,系统/子系统机械完工交付为抓手,质量验收为手段,促进施工完工、尽早开车、实现投料运行,完成合同目标顺利向业主移交,转入生产运行。
Mechanical completion management means the turn-over management of the two stages of the EPC contractor internal construction and commissioning.Mechanical completion management is driven by project commissioning,system/subsystem mechanical completion delivery as the grasp,quality verification as a means to promote the completion of construction,commissioning as soon as possible,and realize the operation of feeding,complete the contract objectives to the owner smoothly transferred to production operation.
