摘要
目的探讨红花黄色素注射液对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者氧化应激指标和炎症因子的影响。方法将105例早期DN患者随机分为观察组53例和对照组52例。对照组采用常规西医治疗方案,观察组在此基础上加用红黄花色素注射液静脉滴注。比较2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMAIR)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)水平和24 h尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)。结果治疗后,2组FBG、2 h PG、FINS、HOMA-IR、BUN、Scr、UAER、MDA、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10水平均较治疗前显著下降(P <0. 01),GSH-Px和SOD水平显著上升(P <0. 01);观察组治疗后FBG、2 hPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、BUN、Scr、UAER、MDA、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10水平均显著低于对照组,GSH-Px和SOD水平显著高于对照组(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上,联合应用红花黄色素注射液可有效改善DN患者的血糖和胰岛素代谢以及肾功能异常情况。
Objective To explore the influence of carthamin yellow pigment injection on oxidative stress indexes and inflammatory factors of patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of105patients with early DN were randomly divided into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=52).The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group received carthamin yellow injection by intravenous drip.The levels of fasting blood-glucose(FBG),2hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),fasting insulin(FINS),homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),malonaldehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-10and24h urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER)before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The levels of FBG,2hPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,BUN,Scr,UAER,MDA,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6and IL-10in both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),while the levels of GSH-Px and SOD were significantly higher(P<0.01).The levels of FBG,2hPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,BUN,Scr,UAER,MDA,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6and IL-10in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group,while the levels of GSH-Px and SOD were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,combination with carthamin yellow injection can effectively improve the metabolism of blood glucose,insulin and abnormal renal function.
