摘要
良好的热量管理是汽车前照灯的重要指标,热管理对车辆行车安全及驾驶体验都至关重要。以某款LED前照灯模组为例,利用ANSYS Fluent仿真分析不同导热系数的导热脂对LED结温的影响,将模拟温度值与测试值进行对比,并且通过T3ster直接测量LED的结温及系统热阻,验证仿真结果及实际测试值的可靠性。结果表明:仿真计算导热脂的导热系数对系统散热影响较小,实际上导热脂的导热性能与其涂覆厚度、吸附性都有较大关系。研究结果对LED灯具热量管理提供一定的参考。
Better thermal management is an important parameter of automobile headlamp,and it s also significant to driving safety and experience.Taking a certain LED headlight module as an example,ANSYS Fluent was used to simulate and analyze the influence of different heat conduction grease on LED junction temperature.Simulation temperature value and test value were compared.LED junction temperature and system thermal resistance were tested by T3ster to verify the reliability of simulation results and test value.The results show that thermal conductivity coefficient has less effect on heat dissipation for simulation,but heat conduction performance has great relationship with coating thickness and adhesive.The results provide a certain reference for thermal management of LED lamps.
