摘要党的十九大提出,要加快建立全面规范透明、标准科学、约束有力的预算制度,并全面实施预算绩效管理的要求。论文对人民银行国库部门在加强预算绩效管理的大环境下进行的改革后的工作现状及问题进行剖析,通过与国外发达国家对比,为更好地完善国库部门的预算绩效管理工作提出建议。 The 19th CPC National Congress has put forward the requirements of speeding up the establishment of a comprehensive,standardized,transparent and scientific budget system,and fully implementing the budget performance management.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the national treasury department of the People's Bank of China after the reform under the environment of strengthening budget performance management.Through the comparison with developed countries,some suggestions are put forward to improve the budgetperformancemanagementworkof thenational treasurydepartment.
