摘要
目的:探究冠心病患者应用舒适护理对睡眠质量及生命质量的影响。方法:随机选择2017年2月至2018年7月宁德市闽东医院接收的冠心病患者120例,按照入院先后时间均分成观察组和对照组,每组60例,对照组行一般护理,观察组在此基础上行舒适护理,分析比较2组患者护理效果。结果:在总护理满意度上,观察组为95. 00%,对照组为83. 33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组和对照组在护理后PSQI评分、SF-36评分差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:冠心病患者应用舒适护理的临床效果较好,不仅可改善患者睡眠质量,还有利于提升生命质量。
Objective:To explore the impact of comfort nursing on sleep quality and life quality in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A Total of120patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from February2017to July2018were randomly selected.They were divided into the intervention group(n=60)and the routine group(n=60)according to the time of admission.General nursing was performed in the routine group.Results:In total nursing satisfaction,95.00%in the intervention group and83.33%in the conventional group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in PSQI and sf-36scores between the intervention group and the conventional group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing for patients with coronary heart disease has a good clinical effect,which can not only improve the quality of sleep,but also improve the quality of life.
