摘要
为了使广大游客和当地群众了解贵州省榕江县冬笋中矿物质元素的含量,采用火焰原子吸收光普法测定了贵州省榕江县冬笋中的矿物质元素钙、镁、铁、锌、锰、铜、铬、铅、镉的含量.测定结果表明,榕江县冬笋中的钙、镁、铁、锌、锰、铜、铬、铅、镉的含量分别为209. 22、71. 68、59. 52、13. 68、9. 37、6. 33 mg/kg,铬、镉、铅均未检出.分析认为,榕江县冬笋不仅含有文献报道的营养成分,还富含人体所需的营养元素钙、镁、铁、锌、锰、铜.
In order to let tourists and local people knowing about the mineral contents of winter bamboo shoots in Rongjiang county,Guizhou province,the mineral contents of calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc,manganese,copper,chromium,lead and cadmium in winter bamboo shoots were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the contents of calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc,manganese,copper,chromium,lead and cadmium in winter bamboo shoots in rongjiang county were 209.22,71.68,59.52,13.68,9.37 and 6.33 mg/Kg,respectively.According to the analysis,the winter bamboo shoots in rongjiang county not only contain the reported nutrients,but also contain calcium,magnesium,iron,zinc,manganese and copper needed by human body.
