摘要
在概述市政工程施工成本的基础上,分析了当前市政工程施工成本的管理现状。通过采取系统、科学、有效的成本管理制度、培养专业管理技术人才、提高成本风险管控能力的方法,有效提升市政工程的成本管控能力。
Based on the summary of municipal engineering construction cost,the current management situation of municipal engineering construction is proposed.Adopting systematic,scientific and effective cost management system,training professional technical personnel and improving the ability of cost management and control are discussed to improve the cost management and control of municipal engineering construction.
