摘要
反刍动物骨骼肌的生长发育对其生产性能有很大影响,而妊娠期是胎儿骨骼肌发育的重要时期,Wnt、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)等重要通路/信号因子与胎儿骨骼肌发育密切相关,且母体营养水平在该阶段对胎儿骨骼肌肌纤维发育和脂肪组织生成过程发挥重要的调控作用。因而,本文综述了反刍动物骨骼肌各组分的发育顺序、发生机制以及母体妊娠期营养水平对胎儿骨骼肌发育的影响。
The skeletal muscle development of ruminant animals has a great influence on their performance,while the fetal period is an important period for skeletal muscle development.Important pathways/signal factors including wingless and int(Wnt)and insulin like growth factor(IGF)are closely related to the fetal skeletal muscle development.The maternal nutrient level of this period plays an important role in the development of skeletal muscle fiber and the formation of adipose tissue.The order of ruminant skeletal muscle development and the mechanism of its occurrence as well as the influence of the maternal nutrient level during pregnancy period were summarized in this article.
