摘要
以创新创业为主要驱动力的知识经济时代,面临着第四次工业革命冲击、生产方式转变、经济增长方式转型等方面的挑战,而富有想象力、创造力的创业者则是此次创新创业的变革主力。通过深挖创业者创新能力与创业动机的内涵与相互关系,可提高学界对此的认知深度,理清之前相互矛盾、模糊朦胧的研究状况,端正当前潜在创业者的价值观,推动"大众创业、万众创新"局面的良好发展。
The of knowledge economy times which drove by innovation and entrepreneurship face many challenges from the impact of the fourth industrial revolution,transformation of production mode and transformation of economic growth mode,while entrepreneurs with imagination and creativity are the main force for innovation and entrepreneurship.it is necessary to explore deeply the connotation and mutual relations between the innovative ability and entrepreneurial motivation of entrepreneurs,and can improve the cognitive depth of academic circle,can clarify the previous contradictory and ambiguous research situation,can correct the current values of potential entrepreneurs,and promote the well-developed of blueprint of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”.
