摘要
为探索中茶108在宜宾地区栽植表现,以巴渝特早为CK,在宜宾市引种茶树品种中茶108,对其植物学性状、农艺性状、鲜叶产量、生化成分等进行观测。结果表明:中茶108移栽成活率高(约95%);发芽期早,萌动期在2月上旬,1芽1叶期为2月中下旬,生长势旺盛;1芽1叶和1芽2叶的重量和长度均优于CK;耐寒性、耐旱性及抗病虫性均较强;具有高产优势,内含物质丰富,氨基酸含量高、酚氨比值低;烘青样滋味甘醇、鲜爽,感官评分在90分以上。中茶108适宜在宜宾地区推广种植,适宜采摘1芽1叶或1芽2叶制作优质绿茶。
The botanical character,agronomic traits,fresh leaf yield and biochemical components of Zhongcha 108(an introduction tea variety)were observed and analyzed and taking Bayutezao variety as a control to explore the planting performance of Zhongcha 108 in Yibin.Result:The transplanting survival rate,germinating stage and one bud with one leaf stage of Zhongcha 108 are 95%,in the first ten days of February and in the middle ten days and the last ten days of February respectively.The weight and length of Zhongcha 108 at one bud with one leaf stage and one bud with two leaves stage is better than Bayutezao.The cold resistance,drought resistance and disease and insect resistance of Zhongcha 108 is higher than Bayutezao.Zhongcha 108 with the advantages of high yield,abundant internal substances,high amino acid content,low phenol/ammonia ratio,good taste and high sensory elevation score(>90)can be suitably planted in Yibin.The optimal harvesting time is at one bud with one leaf stage or one bud with two leaves stage.
