摘要
文章以山西为例,阐述了"新零售"的新型模式与特征,分析了山西新零售的代表—苏宁小店以及山西唐久便利等本土连锁零售便利店的营运模式,并提出了"新零售"环境下本土连锁便利店的转型发展途径。
Taking Shanxi for example,this paper expounded the new model and characteristics of“new retail”,analyzed the operating mode of local retail convenience stores and new retail stores,and put forwarded the transformation and development way of local convenience stores in the“new retail”environment.
