摘要
汽车前围内隔音垫、前围板钣金、前围外隔音垫组成了防火墙总成。前围内隔音垫是整车声学包中最主要的内饰件之一,主要用于隔绝和吸收发动机中高频噪声传递。前围内隔音垫需要具有足够高的隔声性能,以隔绝发动机噪声的传递及减小车内混响时间。不同的前围内隔音垫结构形式和材料特性会对其吸隔声性能起到重要的作用,防火墙过孔及前围内隔音垫安装工艺特征会直接影响到前围内隔音垫的隔声性能,其结果是质量大(理论上具有较高隔声性能)的前围内隔音垫在实际状态下并不能起到好的效果。结合理论和仿真分析前围内隔音垫不同结构形式、不同覆盖面积、不同泄漏水平对声学包性能的影响,并通过防火墙隔声量测试验证分析结果。该结论可为防火墙总成设计及整车声学包设计优化提供指导与参考。
The firewall assembly consists of sheet-metal part,inner dash and outer dash.As one of the most important parts of the sound package,the inner dash insulates and absorbs the exterior mid-and-high frequency noise of the engine.The inner dash must have good sound insulation and absorption performance so as to reduce sound energy transmission and interior reverberation time of the engine noise.Different structure and material of the inner dash,throughput hole of wiring harness and inner dash assembly process have important influence on the sound insulation and absorption performance of the inner dash.It is found that the heavy inner dash,which has better sound insulation theoretically,does not necessarily have good sound insulation performance actually.This paper studies the effect of different structure,coverage and leakage of the inner dash on vehicle sound package performance according to theoretical analysis and numerical simulation analysis.The results are verified by the sound transmission loss measurement of the firewall assembly.This work may provide some reference and guidance for firewall assembly structure design and vehicle sound package development and optimization.
