摘要
结合范家沟隧道工程,基于荷载-结构法平面计算分析模型,设置不同脱空范围及不同脱空模式,分析衬砌脱空对在役隧道结构安全性的影响规律。研究结果表明:脱空的影响主要集中在空洞范围内及其邻近位置处,脱空的范围越大,影响的范围也越大;衬砌不同位置对脱空的敏感性表现为:拱腰>拱顶>脱空邻近处,且拱腰邻近处>拱顶邻近处,较之拱顶脱空的情况,拱腰处出现脱空时对结构更为不利;特征位置安全系数与结构最小安全系数随脱空范围的增大均表现为先增大后急剧减小,正弯矩处轻度的脱空可以有效改善隧道结构的受力形态,而重度脱空将使结构承载性能大幅降低。根据计算与统计结果,划分脱空病害等级,并界定相应的处治措施。同时讨论人为在结构正弯矩处设置轻度脱空的可行性,并初步提出设置方案。
Based on the Fanjiagou tunnel,a plane analytical model is performed to study the safety state of tunnel structure by setting the voids behind the lining with different ranges and patterns.The results of numerical simulations indicate that the effect of voids is mainly concentrated in the void area and its adjacent position and the larger the voids,the greater the reach;the sensibility of different lining position to the voids behind shows up as the tunnel vault is less than the hance and greater than the adjacent positions.So when the voids exist behind the lining of tunnel hance,it has a larger influence on the structural safety factors than the situation that the vault of tunnel have the voids behind the lining.With the increase of the range of the voids,the safety factors of typical sections increase first then decrease rapidly,which also apply to the structural minimum safety factor.The small voids behind the lining with positive bending moment can effectively improve the stress state of tunnel structure,while the large voids will greatly reduce the structural bearing capacity.Furthermore,depending on calculation and statistical results,the defect level of voids is divided,by which the corresponding measures are also defined.At last,the feasibility of setting up small voits by cellular materials of rubber in the position of positive bending moment is discussed,which may bring about benefits for keeping the long term safety of tunnel structure.
