喷油器喷孔结构对循环喷油量一致性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 针对柴油机高压共轨喷油器不同的喷孔结构参数,开展了喷油流量的一致性仿真和试验,分析了不同轨压情况下喷孔锥度(k系数)、入口圆角半径对喷油器循环喷油量的影响以及不同轨压、脉宽情况下喷孔结构对循环喷油量一致性的影响.结果表明:增大喷孔k系数和入口圆角半径可以有效抑制孔内空化现象,增大喷孔流量系数,从而增大喷油器循环喷油量;在喷孔结构相同时,增大轨压或喷油脉宽可以减小喷孔内压力波动对循环喷油量一致性的影响;增大k系数和入口圆角半径可以减小因空化现象造成的压力波动,使喷孔内部燃油压力分布更均匀,提升循环喷油量一致性. The fuel injection quantity and its consistency were researched under different rail pressures by using simulation and experiment for high-pressure common-rail injector nozzles with different hole structural parameters including conical degree of the hole(k factor),round radius of the entrance and length of the hole.The results show that increase of the k factor of the hole and the round radius of the entrance can effectively restrain cavitation phenomenon in the hole,and therefore enhance the orifice discharge coefficient and fuel injection quantity.Under the same hole structure,the increase of rail pressure or injection pulse width can reduce the influence of the pressure fluctuation on the consistency of the injection quantity.For an increased k factor,reducing the round radius of the entrance can reduce the pressure fluctuation which is caused by cavitation inside the orifice.As a result,the fuel pressure distribution inside the hole is more uniform and then the consistency of fuel injection quantity is improved.
