摘要
目的探讨老年人髋部骨折的手术治疗方法及预后。方法 90例老年人髋部骨折患者,随机分为对照组(47例)和观察组(43例)。对照组采用非手术方法进行治疗,观察组采用手术方法进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的72.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组髋关节功能评分、生活自理能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组髋关节功能评分、生活自理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨折平均愈合时间(111.02±20.12)d短于对照组的(152.14±40.24)d,下床进行功能锻炼时间(6.21±1.34)d短于对照组的(26.62±2.24)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肺部感染发生率为0,低于对照组的14.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年人髋部骨折患者行手术治疗效果显著,可更好地改善髋关节功能,提高其生活自理能力,加速患者的康复。
Objective To discuss the surgical treatment method and prognosis of hip fracture in the elderly.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The control group was treated with non-surgical method,and the observation group was treated with surgical method.The treatment effect in two groups was compared.Results The observation group had higher total effective rate as 97.67%than 72.34%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in hip function score,selfcare ability score before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher hip function score and self-care ability score than the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter mean fracture healing time as(111.02±20.12)d than(152.14±40.24)d in the control group,and longer off-bed for functional exercise time as(6.21±1.34)d than(26.62±2.24)d in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of lung infection as 0 than 14.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment shows remarkable effect in treating hip fracture in the elderly,and it can better improve the function of hip joint,self-care ability and accelerate recovery.
