摘要
运用文献资料、SWOT分析等方法,研究小篮球运动的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,提出推广战略。研究发现,小篮球运动的优势在于其规则的改变适合少年儿童发展需要,趣味性和娱乐性让青少年儿童更容易产生兴趣;劣势在于组织机构不完善,设施不完善、专业人才缺乏;机遇为国家政策的支持,我国篮球发展长远的需要,体育消费需求的增加以及篮球赛事带来的机遇;威胁为资源配置不平衡,同类项目竞争激烈,发展目标不明确等。建议:转变思路,形成以"兴趣"为核心的理念;构建"三位一体"联动模式;培养小篮球专业人才;构建小篮球"金字塔"赛事体系;搭建大明星与小球员的多模式互动平台。
Using methods of literature reviews and SWOT analysis,this paper studies the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of mini basketball,and puts forward a promotion strategy.The research finds that strengths of mini basketball are that the change of its rules is suitable for the development requirements of children and adolescents,and they are more likely to be interested in it due to enjoyment of basketball itself.The weaknesses are that the organizations are far from perfect,the facilities cannot satisfied the needs,and there is a lacking amount in talents.The opportunities are showed on the supports from national policies,the long-term development requirements of basketball in China,the increase of sports consumption and the opportunities brought by Basketball World Cup.Threats show from the unbalanced resource allocation,competitions among similar projects,and unclear development goals.It is suggested that the thoughts on mini basketball development should be changed,and gradually construct the trinity linkage mode.To cultivate professional basketball talents,organize a mini basketball pyramid tournament,and build up interaction platform between basketball professional athletes and young teenagers.
