摘要
文件形成活动和现行价值不仅是档案学的重要概念,而且还是文件运动理论研究的核心概念。以往的研究之所以出现瑕疵,主要是由于对这些基础概念的内涵与外延界定不清,把握不准所致。文件形成活动是贯穿于文件运动全程的主线,是文件运动规律的本质反映,同时也是文件价值形态转化的重要观察窗口。现行价值的价值主体与文件形成者、受文者密切相关,其价值形态与文件双重价值存在必然联系,其价值作用范畴也有特定的时空范围。对核心概念界定不清或脱离核心概念可能会误认为文件运动可以出现回流或逆向、横向等现象。
The activities of records formation and current values are not only important concepts of archival science,but also the core concepts of records movement theory research.The reason for the disputes in the past research is mainly due to the unclear definition of the connotation and extension of these basic concepts.The activity of records formation is the main line running through the whole process of records motion,and it is the essential reflection of the law of records motion.The value subject of the current value is closely related to the documentary and the recipient,and its value form is inextricably linked with the double value of the document,and its value role category also has a specific time and space scope.Unclear or disengaged from the core concepts may mistakenly believe that document movements may recur or reverse,and horizontally.
