摘要
为了研究超薄壁钛焊管在蒸馏海水淡化中的应用技术,对超薄壁钛焊管的热交换性能、力学性能、腐蚀性能、防止微生物附着以及析出不可凝缩的气体等进行了研究分析,并且与铜管、不锈钢管进行了对比。研究结果表明,超薄壁钛焊管是蒸馏海水淡化装备的核心部件,其壁厚已批量用到0.4 mm,甚至更薄,产品的换热性能、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能优异,是蒸馏海水淡化换热管的首选材料。
In order to study the application technology of ultra thin-wall titanium welded pipe in desalination of distilled seawater,the heat exchange performance,mechanical properties,corrosion performance,prevention of microbial adhesion and precipitation of non-condensable gases of ultra thin-wall titanium welded pipe were studied and analyzed.At the same time,the ultra thin-wall titanium welded pipe was compared with copper pipes and stainless pipes.The results show that the titanium ultra thin-wall welded pipe is suitable for the core components of the seawater desalination equipment.The thickness of wall of ultra thin-wall titanium welded pipe has reached 0.4 mm or even thinner in batch applications.The heat transfer performance,mechanical strength and corrosion resistance of the ultra thin-wall welded pipe product are very prominent,and it is the material of choice for desalination of distilling seawater heat exchange tubes.
