摘要
针对洋山四期陆域回填情况复杂以及自动化堆场使用要求较高等问题,对回填层地基加固提出振冲、强夯和振动碾压相结合的综合施工方法,并进行试验段试验研究。通过试验,确定地基加固方法各项技术参数和施工工艺,研发一套振冲监控系统,进行了强夯法对承台影响的监测。试验结果表明:振冲法地基沉降可达90. 6 cm,强夯法地基沉降可达59. 1 cm;强夯法对承台振动和沉降影响在安全范围内;通过静、动力触探和压实度,加固后地基满足设计要求,可以为后续地基加固全面开展提供依据。
Aiming at the complexity of the backfilling of the Yangshan Phase IV land area and the high requirements for the use of automated storage yards,a comprehensive construction method for vibro-compaction,dynamic compaction,and vibration rolling compaction was proposed for the reinforcement of the backfill layer,and a test was conducted.Through the test the technical parameters and construction technology of the ground reinforcement method were determined,a vibration monitoring system was developed and the influence of dynamic compaction on the bearing platform was monitored.The test results show that the settlement of vibration foundation can reach 90.6 cm,the settlement of dynamic foundation can reach 59.1 cm,and the impact of dynamic compaction method on the vibration and settlement of the platform is within the safe range.After static&dynamic penetration and compaction,the reinforced foundation can meet the design requirements and can provide comprehensive foundation for the subsequent ground reinforcement.
