摘要
                
                    塑料模型沙在航道物理模型试验中得到广泛应用,是物模试验的关键材料之一,其物理性能的准确度对物模试验的参数设置及试验结果分析尤为重要。干密度就是反映塑料模型沙重力特性的一个非常重要的物理指标,其取值准确与否直接影响物模计算结果及河床冲淤变化分析。分别对传统的测试干密度的环刀法和量筒法两种方法进行了研究,根据试验数据提出了改进措施,较大程度地提高了测试结果的准确性和稳定性。改进后的环刀法和量筒法具有一定的创新性,并得到了试验验证,可为相关行业的塑料模型沙试验提供指导和依据。
                
                Plastic model sand has been widely used in channel physical model tests as one of the critical materials.The accuracy of its physical properties is imperative for parameter setting and result analysis.Dry bulk density,which directly affects the results of physical model calculation results and analysis of river bed scour and silt,is a vital physical index of model sand gravity features.This study analyzes the traditional cutting ring method and measuring cylinder method for dry bulk density measurement and proposes improvement measures according to test data,achieving better accuracy and stability of test results.The improved cutting ring method and measuring cylinder method are innovative and have been verified by experiments,which can provide guidance and basis for the plastic model sand test in related industries.
