等体积砂浆法配制再生混凝土收缩性能试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental study on shrinkage performance of recycled concrete with equal volume mortar method

摘要 试验研究了再生粗骨料取代率50%时,不同龄期的普通混凝土、传统方法配制的再生混凝土和等体积砂浆法配制再生混凝土的收缩性能;等体积砂浆法再生混凝土中掺入不同掺量的粉煤灰、玄武岩纤维,得出其对再生混凝土的收缩性能的影响,并对其影响机理进行了分析。通过调整粉煤灰和玄武岩纤维的掺入量,确定其在等体积砂浆法再生混凝土中的最佳掺量。试验结果表明:再生粗骨料取代率50%时,普通混凝土收缩性能大于再生混凝土。将粉煤灰和玄武岩纤维采用一定比例掺入到再生混凝土当中,可以有效地提高再生混凝土的抗收缩性能。 Experimental studed on shrinkage of ordinary concrete and recycled concrete on the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate 50%,prepared by equal volume mortar method and the traditional method of different ages;Different amount of fly ash or basalt fiber was mixed in equal volume mortar method recycled concrete,and its influence on the shrinkage of recycled concrete is obtained,and the mechanism of the effect is also analyzed.By adjusting the mixing amount of fly ash and basalt fiber,the optimum amount of recycled concrete in equal volume mortar method is determined.When the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 50%,the shrinkage value of common concrete is greater than that of recycled aggregate concrete.When the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 50%,the shrinkage value of common concrete is less than that of recycled concrete.The fly ash and basalt fiber blended into recycled concrete with a certain proportion can effectively improve the anti shrinkage performance of recycled concrete.
